We pride in providing with a Boutique Experience, and customer satisfaction is essential to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase; handmade accessories and jewelry items may be exchanged unless the item posted says ‘no returns’. All exchanges must be made prepaid and shipped within 10 days of receipt and must be in new, unused condition.
Contact us prior to returning your purchase as exchanges will only be accepted with prior notice. There is no restocking fee on returns/exchanges. There are no returns, only exchanges are available throughout the store. Contact us when you receive your item to let us know that you will be returning your item and we will arrange an exchange (shipping is not refundable). Buyer will also pay for return shipping .All returns should be repackaged either using the original packaging or similar to protect against shipping damage. When we receive the item you returned in new and unused condition, then arrangements will be made to ship your exchange. (Please note there are no exchanges on custom made items.)
We welcome and appreciate custom orders and requests. Please contact us to discuss your order and we will contact you with an estimate for time and cost to prepare your custom made art work’s completion. We require 50% of the order total when the order is placed and the remaining 50% is due by invoice upon order completion and before shipment.
