I know, I know, you’ve heard it, you see it all over the TV, you hear it on the radio, you see it on the net. All about goals, and New Years Resolution and yadda yadda yadda.
But really, have you thought about one thing that you’d like to focus on in the coming year?
It doesn’t have to be to lose those pesky 10 lbs. It doesn’t have to be to run the marathon, or to eat less carbs (although it could be). Have you thought of one single thing that you’d like to think about often to make it happen?
Oh, I’m not here to judge… but perhaps focusing on one thing… even if it is small… It can make a huge difference.
Last year, I wanted to smile more… Oh it’s true! I work in front of my computer in my day job and then my life kicks in at any other time. I sometimes have the look of sheer intensity and it gets confused with mean. I don’t consider myself mean by any means (love the word play).
This post is short…. but in the midst of preparing for your holiday celebrations if you do celebrate this season…. Just answer one question…
Anything that you’d like to work on next year? It could be small as moving 5 minutes a day, or drinking more water…. But now is a good time to really think about this. You can do it!
